You will need to complete an accreditation questionnaire that allows us to establish that you or your group is an accredited investor. This questionnaire will also help us understand what types of private investments you are seeking, so we can identify investment opportunities that might be right for you.
Once we’ve determined you’re an accredited investor, one of our specialist will describe available investments that may fit your objectives.
Once you've selected your next venture, you will receive a Subscription Agreement with directions to allocate your capital towards that investment.
We process your transaction with the company. You will then receive confirmation of your membership in the Fund. This will include a welcome letter outlining the Series of participation and a breakdown of your investment.
The self-directed IRA process has three steps: 1. Open and fund your self-directed IRA, 2. Fund your new self-directed IRA and 3. Make the investment. In order to get you started, we need the information in the steps below.

If you don't have a brokerage account, we can assist you with opening an account at Retired Capital LLC (our partner) and deposit your shares with their custodian, Charles Schwab. This strategic approach ensures swift share deposits as soon as they are accessible for trading.
